Protein Shake
For One (Makes a large
shake. I drink it throughout the morning)
5 Ice Cubes
4oz Almond/Coconut Milk
3oz Vita Coco Coconut Water
2oz Water
1T Greek Yogurt
1 Serving BioChem (Whole Foods) or Mercola (Mercola.com) Whey Protein
Powder
2T Flax Seeds (Whole) -If you are on blood thinners, ask your primary care physician before using
flax seeds.
3 Leaves of Organic Raw Kale
1T Barleen’s Greens
¼ Organic
Banana (I slice them and keep them in the freezer)
10 Wild Blueberries (Costco or Whole Foods)
5 Organic Raspberries or Blackberries (Optional)
½ Organic Apple
3T Aloe Vera Gel (Whole Foods or Mom’s Organic Market)
Sweet Leaf Stevia or local
honey (this needs to be adjusted according to your individual taste.)
Measurements
do not need to be exact. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth. I love a Blendtec blender. If it is too thick just add a little water.
